Saratoga Rebel Rub

Saratoga Backstretch BBQ Sauce




Rub pork butt generously with Saratoga Rebel Rub.  Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.  Using indirect heat method, cook for 12-13 hours until meat pulls from the bone.  Toss with Saratoga Backstretch BBQ Sauce or Saratoga Apple Cinnamon BBQ sauce.  Serve on a bun topped with cole slaw.
