Salsa Deviled Eggs


6 large hard boiled eggs, peeled

1/3 c. mayonnaise

3 tbl shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbl Saratoga Salsa - Medium

1 ½ tbl sour cream

1 tbl chopped green onions

1 tea ground cumin

 Salt and pepper

 Optional additional green onions





Halve eggs lengthwise.  Remove yolks and put in small bowl.  Mash egg yolks with fork and stir in mayonnaise, cheese, salsa, sour cream, green onion, and cumin.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Fill empty egg whites with yolk mixture.  Garnish with additional copped green onions if desired.
