1 ½ c. shredded sharp cheese
½ c. real mayonnaise
1 (4 oz) jar chopped pimentos, drained
Cayenne Pepper to taste (start with a pinch)
Salt & Ground Black Pepper
Pulse the cheese, mayo, pimentos, and cayenne in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. Serve with crackers or toasted party bread squares.
