In 2006, as in the past, SPAC's centerpiece remains world-class performing art - the finest in classical music and dance presented by internationally renowned artists from our two resident companies: the New York City Ballet and The Philadelphia Orchestra. With the additional repertoire by the Saratoga Chamber Music Festival, the Lake George Opera and the Freihofer's Jazz Festival, and the rock and pop concerts, we have developed a summer program designed to accommodate a range of artistic interests and tastes - from traditional to contemporary and everything in between. As Saratoga Performing Arts Center's President, my wish for you is that you not only visit SPAC during the 2006 season, but that you experience it; its art, its setting, its atmosphere …. its magic.
