4 Tbs. Ring of Fire Original or Xtra Hot Habanero Hot Sauce
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Melt butter in saute pan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for about 1 minute. (Be careful not to burn the garlic.) Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add Ring of Fire Hot Sauce and Worcestershire sauce to the pan until shrimp are evenly coated. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings.
Accompany shrimp with garlic bread or warmed baguette slices. Great over linguine or rice for an entree.

The Scoville Unit is the measurement of heat in a pepper or sauce. It is named after a chemist in the early nineteen hundreds by the name of Wilbur Scoville. While working for a pharmaceutical company, he decided to devise a scale of heat for chile peppers.
