BBQ Meatloaf with a twist of the Caribbean!
- 2 lbs. lean ground round
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup Walkerswood Jerk BBQ Sauce
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Walkerswood Firestick Pepper Sauce
Combine all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a well greased ovenproof dish and top with 2 Tbs. Walkerswood Jerk BBQ Sauce. Cook at 350F for 45 minutes.
