Jerk BBQ Meatloaf | Print |
BBQ Meatloaf with a twist of the Caribbean!

  • 2 lbs. lean ground round
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup Walkerswood Jerk BBQ Sauce
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Walkerswood Firestick Pepper Sauce

Combine all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a well greased ovenproof dish and top with 2 Tbs. Walkerswood Jerk BBQ Sauce. Cook at 350F for 45 minutes.

Makes 4/6 servings.
