Creamy Chili




1 lb. Ground Beef

3 Small Red Onions, Chopped

3 Fresh Jalapenos, Sliced

4 Cloves Garlic, minced

1 (14.5oz) can Crushed Tomatoes

1 (8oz) can Tomato Sauce

2 (16oz) cans Pinto Beans, drained

3 tbl Pasilla Chili Powder

4 c. Beef Stock

1 (8oz) bar Cream Cheese

Salt & Pepper





In a large pot over medium heat, brown ground beef, onions, and jalapenos.  Add garlic, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, chili powder, and beef stock.  Lower heat and simmer for 45 minutes.  Remove from heat and add cream cheese in small pieces, stirring until it melts into the chili.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Garnish with green onions, your favorite shredded cheese, and enjoy!
